Every LoomCraft order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee with a free return. If your weaving loom arrives faulty or you're not satisfied, we'll replace it or refund you — no complicated hoops.
How it works
- Email contact@weaving-loom.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Tell us the issue (a photo or short description helps).
- We arrange a free return and a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
If a weaving loom is defective on arrival, you don't need to ship it back for a refund in most cases — we resolve it directly. Where a return is needed, it's free: we cover the cost.
